6. Mole Y Abuela
 Mole y Abuela has opened its doors at the former Fly Bar location in Downtown Tampa. A complete renovation has converted the former space into a cozy, intimate space, complete with warm earth tones and terra cotta flooring inside. For an outdoor dining experience, the eatery features some tables outside its storefront, but the real treat is in its inviting rooftop bar. Reminiscent of Fly Bar days, the full menu is served up on the roof deck; on Fridays and Saturdays food service concludes at 11 p.m. but the rooftop party keeps going at the rooftop bar until 3 a.m.
